Our sport performance training systems have been developed by Steve Gronick, Bachelor of Kinesiology, CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, CSCS Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Poliquin Institute Level 1 Coach. He has applied these systems with great success on athletes from the CFL, CIS, CJFL, UFC, and WHL. As a former university level athlete in Football and Track & Field, Steve understands the importance of strength and conditioning training for Calgary athletes.
As each individual athlete is different, they respond differently to training programs. No athlete is the same and so he does not believe that a generic program thrown at an athlete is the right way to train.
