I have gained experience working with individuals of all ages from stay at home moms to elite level athletes. I have learned the fitness principles and systems developed by some of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the world and modify them to meet the specific goals of my clients. This knowledge allows me to help clients achieve and surpass their personal fitness goals.

Muscle rehabilitation
Where the pain is, is usually not where the problem is. Unless, your injury was cause by a blunt force trauma to that area, the reason for the pain is caused by an imbalance or weakness located somewhere else in the body.
For example, a weak hip stabilizer muscle can cause a knee to move improperly and cause knee pain. To treat the knee for pain will provide temporary relief, but the pain will come back. By strengthening the hip muscle, the knee will operate properly and the pain will go away for good

Steve and I trained twice a week, for 3 and a half months during the summer in the off season. We worked on speed, agility, explosiveness, and running technique. Over the 3 month time period, I became noticeably faster and more powerful. My technique drastically improved, as well as many fundamentals which all helped me to become better at my position (defensive end/defensive tackle). My 40 time went from a 5.1 to a 4.85, and my broad jump and vertical jump both drastically improved as well.
